1) following your visit to this site, and after filling out the forms, on receiving your requests, and preliminary contacts, investigations and market research, of building a market rapport, etc., our company will collect and process your personal data
2) we specify that up to now, for clarity, the following definitions from the Dec. Leg 196/2003:
Processing any operation effected even without the help of electronic instruments, concerning the collection, recording, organising, keeping, consulting, processing, changing, selecting, extracting, comparing, using, interconnecting, blocking, communicating, dispersing, deleting and destroying data;
Personal data: any information relative to the physical person, juridical person, organ, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, via reference to any other information, including a personal identification number.

All that granted, according to article 13 of the Dec. Leg. 196/2003 (Privacy Code),

that collection and processing of personal data will be done by the company, writing in compliance with the following:
a) general objective: the data will be processed to correctly carry out the administrative fulfilments, accounting, fiscal, commercial, to issue a loyalty card, and for company activities. obligated by law and however strictly inherent to the relationships in being;
b) direct marketing objective: the (non sensitive) data could be used, only and with prior release, optional, apposite and explicit consent, revocable at any time, even by sending material/publicity communication via post, e-mail, telephone, fax, sms, mms, and similar; after having given express consent, it is still your right to oppose it at any time and at no cost, to processing your data for this objective;
c) conditions: the data will be processed both by paper tools/support and electronically/by computer/internet, with full respect of the laws, according to lawful principles and correctness, and in a way as to protect privacy;
d) optional provision: providing data is optional and non obligatory;
e) consequences of a possible refusal: refusal to provide data or entire opposition to data processing for the objectives in point a) could however mean satisfying your requests to be impossible, to participate in any of our prize draws and eventual issue of our loyalty card; refusal to use the data for the objectives in point b), to not have any consequence on recognition of advantages connected to offers or existing marketing relationships
f) subjects or categories of subjects to which the data could be communicated or diffused: the data could be communicated, also for the correct completion of the objectives in point b (direct marketing), to the following subjects: Incos Cosmeceutica Industriale S.r.l., Euritalia Pharma S.r.l. with Single Trader, other controlling/controlled and connected companies, graphic studios, advertising and marketing companies, postal organs and similar. 
The data may then be disclosed only for the purposes referred to in point a), to other parties such as lawyers, accountants, lenders, central credit managers, trade associations, etc. used by our company; the data will not be disclosed;
g) persons responsible and corporate appointees entrusted to process: the data will only and exclusively be processed by a restricted number of corporate appointees in the administrative, marketing, commercial and EDC sectors specially authorised;
h) rights of the interested party: you shall enjoy all the rights sanctioned under Article 7, which is viewable at the point of sale of the store and to which reference is made for completeness;
i) the proprietor: the proprietor of the treatment is Coswell S.p.A. headquartered in Funo (BO), Via Gobetti No. 4, in the person of its legal representative protempore;
j) person/persons responsible: the person responsible for replying to the interested party is .........................., with registered office in ............., Phone ........, Fax ......; any request of yours for information or clarification can be made to this person. The complete and constantly updated list of those responsible is available at our headquarters

The present information could be integrated, wither orally or in writing, with further components and indications, to better satisfy any cognitive need in matters of privacy and to support regulatory evolution.
